- Experience in Demand Mgmt., Project Mgmt., Portfolio Mgmt., Risk & Quality Mgmt.
- Expertise in Resource Mgmt., Time Control, Strategic objectives, Financial Mgmt
- Expertise in Innovation Mgmt.
- Expertise in Release Mgmt.
- Expertise in Change Mgmt.
- Expertise in Continual Improvement Mgmt.
- Solid technical understanding of all elements within the ServiceNow SPM module, e.g.
