Technical Business Analyst

A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced TECHNICAL BUSINESS ANALYST to join a key clinical project. Reporting to the Program Manager - Technical and Design, you will be responsible for providing expert technical and systems analysis associated with current and goal state requirements and workflow in conjunction with the program's stakeholders. T

Your duties:

- Elicit technical requirements using a range of engagement techniques including data and systems analysis, requirements workshops, site visits, process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, event lists, business analysis, task and workflow analysis, and/or viewpoints
- Write technical specifications according to standard templates
- Decompose high-level technical, business and user requirements into low-level requirements and sub-functions, specified in an appropriate level of detail suitable to enable technical design
- Work with the Program Solution Architect on the business and information architecture and the development of conformance requirements
- Work with Program Test Manager/s to develop and review test cases, to ensure alignment with business requirements
- Represent requirements using diagrams, prototypes or scenarios

Your background:

- Previous experience in a technical business analyst role for an enterprise wide clinical project/program in a large organisation
- Proven health IT systems implementation experience and knowledge, including proven ability to integrate competing priorities and requirements in the development of integrated, uniform solutions
- Previous experience with BPMN tools, including BPM for Process Flows and UML for the development of use cases
- Proven experience in testing and quality assurance
- Proven ability to conceptualise, develop and articulate creative solutions and to specify functional requirements and non-technical specifications that are well accepted by stakeholders within short time-frames
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
