SWAP Co-Ordinator

For our client, a well-known telecommunications vendor, we are looking for a
SWAP Co-ordinator (contract)
Location: Olten/Switzerland
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 months
Tasks:
*working on site at the Operation Centre Radio Access Networks
*responsible for integrating 2G/3G and LTE sites
*supervise and support base station SWAP activities remotely
*remote troubleshooting of base station alarms triggered by the SWAP
*continuous improvement of the working process of the SWAP team
Requirements:
*at least 5 years working experience in the telecoms area
*good knowledge and experience of implementation and SWAP activities
*good working knowledge of Ericsson equipment
*fluent oral and written English skills are mandatory, German is an asset
*to work according to team plan during core hours (rare weekend & night work on request)
