Support for IT Infrastructure roll-out

Our client is in the process of planning the roll out of new IT assets to multiple sites in Europe. We have been asked to provide support for the preparation of the laptops that will be rolled out across Europe and will need one consultant in the Rotterdam area NL (31 laptops) and another consultant in Barcelona ES (46 laptops).

The timing of the requirement is currently planned for weeks 49 and 50 (Dec 1 to 12) and potentially 1 further week in January. The laptops will all be the same type, but with different keyboards based on country/language.

Dell will have pre-installed a base Client image and your job will be to:

- Initialize each laptop
- Update the base image with changes from the Client SCCM server (an automated process)
- Apply localization for language, keyboard, printers, etc.
- Assist in file migration from the user's current client laptop to the new Client laptop
- Assist in file migration of client's exchange PST file and archives
- Provide end user support for basic questions (Client IT support will handle major issues)

None of the work is expected to be too technical, mostly we need some reasonably competent technical consultants.
