Supplier Quality Engineer (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- You execute the supplier quality management activities to ensure our zero-defect strategy
- You are the interface to suppliers with regard to quality topics, perform supplier visits, meetings and VDA 6.3 audits
- You are responsible for the negotiation of quality contracts such as “Quality assurance agreements”
- You track and report the status of supplier quality actions and assure tasks in projects, including cross-location actions, including Switzerland, Germany and China
- You introduce components using a robust APQP process including Run@Rate, Safe Launch and risk management
- You are responsible for the International Material Data System (IMDS)

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- You have a successfully completed degree in Electrical engineering, Electronics, Vehicle engineering, Mechatronics, Software, Industrial engineering or similar
- You are a trained auditor for VDA 6.3 and/or IATF16949/ISO9001, certified auditor
- You have technical knowledge in managing APQP & PPAP (PPF acc. VDA) as well as automotive core tools
- Any additional qualification or certification in Quality management, ASPICE, ISO26262 and Project Management are of advantage
- You are ready to travel 25% of the time
- You have German and English skills
