MY DUTIES:

- Sanity checks for all OMS systems (DE, NL, UK)
- Identification and fixing of errors in OMS systems
- Monitoring and processing of ServiceNow tickets (incidents, changes, problems …)
- Communication to Business and consulting on new solutions or existing processes
- Support in tests on SAP systems
- Reporting of status in daily operational calls
- Monthly reporting on key measurement

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- OMS
- StreamServe
- Columbus Central
- Process skills (Understand/Design/Improve)
- Basic/Good Infrastructure skills (OMS Architecture quite complex and cooperation of IT Systems is required)
- Good Project Management skills (Support customer requirements, make proposals …)
