My client is a leading global bank based in London looking for a Strategy Support Manager. The role is based on a 6 month possible rolling contract paying an amazing £550 - £700pd depending of course of you skills and experience. There are 2 roles which will need tendering to in this position. One being able to do Strategy Development and the second Business Development. It will be extremely useful to have worked for my client before as you will be working on there in house platforms.

Strategy Development

- Support the overall strategy development for the WBM and its BUs by using a best-practice Strategy Framework and managing a fit-for-purpose Strategy Agenda.

* Strategy Blueprint: assist with the facilitation for the definition of vision, goals (medium-term horizon), strategic themes (1-2 year horizon) and action plans (6 month horizon) to organize and track all strategy management activity across the BU.
* Strategy Agenda: work with the business to facilitate the prioritization of strategy action plans (6 month horizon) and discussion regarding changes for those priorities

Strategy Support Manager - London - 6 months contract - £550pd-750pd

Business Development

- Support the adoption of best-practice in the WBM and its BUs in alignment across LBG:

* Business Model (ie. client segmentation, value proposition definition and value proposition delivery)
* Client Management Framework (ie. relationship model, joint-client prioritization and account planning)
* Business Management (e.g. BSC Framework, Forecasting/Budgeting challenge,?)

These projects involve an important degree of coordination/syndication within WBM and Business Units (front office vs support)
