Role: Strategy Officer

Location: West London

Duration: 3 months+

Daily rate: £204

Working closely with the Director Housing and Heads of Divisions in leading and managing the successful delivery of:

- Homelessness Management Plan
- HRA Business Planning
- Strategic Asset Management and capital planning
- Tenant and Resident engagement and satisfaction

1. Manage the preparation and delivery of a Homelessness Management Plan for managing homelessness demand, temporary and permanent accommodation, and wider social impacts.

2. Manage the development of the housing asset management, capital planning and investment programme, and HRA business planning.

3. Lead the strategic development and delivery of housing service performance management, monitoring and reporting, including service and compliance performance, tenant and resident engagement and satisfaction.

4. Support the development and delivery of specific policy and operational projects, including review ofAllocation Policy,DLO-L360 Contracting Project, and Housing Estate Network - PFI Project.
