Strategy Lead (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Bring credibility to the role through experience and knowledge of R working in a business discipline
- Demonstrate indirect leadership across and within teams
- Network with leaders to influence decisions in the development of a cohesive strategy
- Ability to take a technical topic and explain to a non-technical person

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Demonstrated expertise with R
- Proven experience working as Software Engineer and/or Software Architect and in defining governance processes (SDLC)
- Profound experience working in similar positions with strategic impact, preferably in a regulated environment (e.g. moving from a role as a Developer into positions with increasing responsibility)
- Experience as Program / Project Manager and previous working experience within an AGILE environment (ideally experienced Scrum Master)
- Relevant and proven experience in mentoring and supporting project teams on complex OCM journeys related to business transformation
- Strong soft skills typically required in stakeholder engagement (empowering people, influencing, negotiation, conflict management)
