Projektbeschreibung
Context
This unit make client relations the cornerstone of their strategy, with the primary aims of:
° developing long-term relationships with their clients;
° meeting all their needs by making available the Bank's entire product range
Function Description
The candidate will be able to develop and implement a strategy that could involve all relevant stakeholders and put in place the adequate
supporting measures.
He/she will
° Play a Key-role in the development and management of the project plans
° Be Responsible for the end-to-end project governance
° Lead project boards or steering committees
° Ensure the Project monitoring and reporting
° Ensure the Risk and issue management
° Prepare & Monitor the capacity planning and resource management
° Ensure the project delivers within time, scope and budget
° Follow-up on project governance
° Evaluate project activities
° Ensure the project closure including the capture of lessons learnt
° Be the liaison between different stakeholders & guarantee customer satisfaction
° Work closely with management
° Initiate and support the change management
Start Date ASAP
Duration 3 months with possible extension

Level of education required
Master Degree Civil Engineer or Business engineering.
Languages Requirement
French Fluent mandatory

Experience
° At least 10-15 years of relevant experience in end-to-end project life-cycles within complex organisations.
Technical Experience
Mandatory
° Strong expertise in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
° Strong understanding of work flow processes
° Strong knowledge of Project management methodologies
° Strong organizational insight
° Familiar with various IT systems
Soft skills
° Ability to see the overall picture (helicopter view) - strategic thinking
° Decision-making
° Strong communicator, diplomatic and customer-oriented
° Commercial awareness and customer-oriented
