STHREE TRAINEE EXECUTIVE SEARCH CONSULTANT.

THE ROLE will consist of maintaining relationships with existing clients while actively searching for new business through cold and warm calling and networking across your designated vertical market. You will also oversee the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates, advertising, managing the interview process and acting as a mediator in negotiating a sale -- the placement of your candidate!

In return, WE CAN OFFER a competitive base salary as well as an uncapped commission plan providing the opportunity to earn an average of $60-80k in year one, around $100k in year two and $150k+ in year 3! Additional incentives include quarterly vacations to destinations like Miami, Cancun and Las Vegas and monthly lunch clubs at the best restaurants in the city.
