-Analysis/Troubleshooting of Windows devices, good in root cause analysis
-Create driver packages for Windows devices, able to manage drivers
-2nd-/3rd-Level-Support
-Create or complete documentation

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Very good knowledge of SCCM, Windows 10 (OS deployment and GPOs)
-Able to handle vendors like HP, Lenovo, DELL and Microsoft
-Good English skills and communication skill set
