A Fortune 500 energy company is currently seeking a Corrective Action Program (CAP) Coordinator at the Harris Nuclear Plant in New Hill, NC. This project is scheduled to last 1 year, with the possibility of extension. Per diem and mobilization / demobilization will be available for qualified candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES

- Interface with numerous site managers to ensure proper classification and corrective action to achieve improved plant performance
- Coordinate Action Tracking Program for Harris Major Projects
- Coordinate / Perform / Assist apparent cause / root cause evaluations
- Prepare Performance Indicators for Harris Major Projects

REQUIREMENTS

- Must be recently badged at a Nuclear Facility in the past year
- BS in Technical discipline with 2 years applicable experience (or High School Diploma with 5 years experience)
- Nuclear Plant Shift Operations background is preferred
- Recent CAP Coordinator experience is a strong plus
