Solution Architect (m/f), SOA Middleware (Tibco Suite of Products)

Currently we are looking for a Solution Architect (m/f) focused on TIBCO technology for the Integration Workstream.
The purpose of the Integration Workstream is to make independently designed systems such as applications, devices and respective data working together.

Your tasks are:
+ Develop road maps for applications, align development plans, and ensure effective integration among information systems and the IT infrastructure
+ Monitors technological advancements to ensure that solutions are continuously improved, supported, and aligned with industry and company standards as well as emerging business requirements
+ Understands the interactions between systems, applications, and services within the environment, and evaluates the impact of changes or additions
+ Analyses systems and performs usability testing to ensure performance and reliability, enhance scalability, enhance analytics & reporting and meet security requirements
+ Works together with Chief Solution Architect for the benefit of the overall platform, Integration solutions and Digital Transformation programme
+ Consults with senior stakeholders on certain projects
+ Displays moderate skills with high level of proficiency
+ Provides Integration architecture & design based on TIBCO Platform
+ Provides interface design based on SOA principles & TIBCO best practices
+ Is able to analyse non-TIBCO interfaces
+ Is able to understand batch interfaces, file based interfaces and any non-standard interfaces
+ Provides guidelines & patterns for non-standard interfaces
+ Architectures decisions and PoCs.

+ Strong development background with emphasis on SOA, distributed and event-driven computing
+ Experience in solution architecture based on SOA principles
+ Experience in service identification and service design
+ Capacity planning
+ Experience in SOA middleware (TIBCO Suite of products)
+ Experience on ESB, Registry/Repository, Service Development Lifecycle
+ Experience in any non-TIBCO middleware is a good-to-have
+ Detailed knowledge of the following: SOA, TIBCO Product Suite, Integration Capabilities and Technology
Market, strategy development, systems integration, project and program management, agile / lean delivery
methodologies.
+ Extensive hands-on experience with message-oriented middleware, TIBCO, Java, and other relevant
technologies (i.e., XML, HTTP, JMS, IBM Websphere MQ and EMS)
+ Extensive experience with RDBMS (especially Oracle), SQL and noSQL Development skills in Java for client and web application development is a plus
+ Working knowledge of Windows and UNIX
+ Strong working knowledge of VMWare or other virtual operating system
+ Experience in designing, deploying, monitoring, configuring and troubleshooting enterprise solutions
using TIBCO Business Works
+ Experience with TIBCO Fast Data tools is a plus
