Solution Architect (m/f/d) for Remote (Essen or FFM)

We are currently seeking a freelancer for one of our major clients who meets the following requirements:

Project:

Support the Global HR IT in the evaluation and selection of the best HCM solution for the customer.

Your Tasks:

-

Creating architecture-compliant solution strategy (e.g. feasibility study) for a Global HCM that conform both to customer requirements and solution development standards (which may include RFIs, RFPs, prototype development), selecting the most optimal option, and the development of a roadmap for the selected solution
-

Analyzing and designing of technical, application and technology architectures in alignment with the IT architecture principles (i.e. Global HR IT landscape) for delivery on Global HCM project

Taking into account the requirements in terms of performance, monitorability, auditability, security environment, etc.

Review of cost and design optimized solution designs based on rigorous understanding of costs and returns
-

Ensure that expected application quality attribute levels are achieved
-

Communicating solution concepts to all levels of management, stakeholders and collaborates and coordinates with existing domain architects in the formalization and adoption of IT standards and procedures

Your Profile:

-

Several years of experience in enterprise projects, working as a Solution Architect
-

Deep knowledge in HCM solutions
-

Good understanding of complex processes
-

Great communication skills
-

Fluent in German and English
