MY DUTIES:

-Collaborate with the project team to design, define, implement IT Compliance and Outsourcing TOM around vendors/contracts and applications. This involves the process, technology, data and people dimension of defining the Customer-wide target model to manage
- New and changing IT or Outsourcing regulations
- New or changing vendors/contracts/applications
- Regular re-attestation of compliance
- Assurance of proper overall oversight, reporting, support for regulatory filings
- Guidance to owners of individual vendors/contracts/applications
- Integration into the larger ecosystem (e.g. overall contract management/CLM, Vendor Management and Procurement, application repository and operative management)
- Design and reconcile the target process model
- Design and implement the technical target solution (in combination with Data & Tools WS) for the organizational target model
- Support the design and setup of managing "compliance data" (across Golden Sources and incl. reporting)
- Support the migration from the legacy/interim setup to the target setup (change management, data migration)

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Deep knowledge of national and international regulatory requirements in the financial services industry (esp. VAIT / BAIT / KAIT)
- IT audit and/or IT governance background especially with focus on setup of Operating Model
- Strong understanding of technologies / tool, solutions in the eGRC context (Governance, Risk, Compliance)
- Proficiency in English
- Industry affiliations or certifications which are good to have: Architect and/or CISA
