Solution Architect (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Lead the overall solution design of various CTI solutions, with the strong focus on integration with Salesforce Platform
- Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) contributing to technical, functional design
- Support Business Owners on business requirements and perform business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions to support decisions for new or changed CTI solution
- Collect, document and review business requirements
- Provide a good understanding of product and business owner needs, transparency and continual engagement
- Understand the customer journey and business value realization
- Define solutions fulfilling customer requirements, ensuring leverage of best practices
- Ensure functional specification are well documented (HLD – High Level design and technical design documentation)
- Support testing activities (including UAT)
- Share solution design principles and architecture with business stakeholders
- Lead continuous development and innovation of solution to enable increased solution value realization

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience in CTI solutions working as Business Analyst or Solution Architect (preferred)
- Experience with designing call centers architectures
- Experience with call center Cloud based solutions
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience and strong skills in collaboration with different business team across the world, external suppliers and development teams that might be located in different time zones
- Technical expertise in the following areas: ACD – Automatic Call Distributor; CTI – Computer Telephony Integration; Contact Centre Architecture; IN – Intelligent Networking; Voice Encryption MethodologiesCall Recorders; PSTN; PABX; VoIP Fundamentals; Network - LAN / WAN
