- Operating of patch management systems

- Support in the building of new environments
- Troubleshooting from problems within the environment down to the operating system level
- 2nd and 3rd level on-duty support in non-office hours
- Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft SCCM
- Knowledge of and experience with the implementation and configuration of applications
- Knowledge of and experience with Windows based operating systems (Client + Server)
- Knowledge of and experience with Packaging of application for distribution
- Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft WSUS is a plus
- Experience with working in an ITIL oriented company is a plus
- English language
- Fluency spoken and written German language
- Ability to work in a multicultural team in an international set-up
- Programming knowledge (C#, VBS, PowerShell) is a plus
