JOB DESCRIPTION SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

For a consultancy company we are lookhing for a Software Development Manager who will work in a client team that is responsible to deliver new client (software) solutions and platforms to improve the processes and the business of an international operating client.

JOB DEMANDS SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

-

Experienced manager with end to end software delivery life cycle experience (planning through deployment) to help define processes and identify/create tools for software project management.
-

Experience with planning, estimation, resource management, risk management, and issue tracking and resolution required.
-

Experience leading development teams and familiarity with software methodology is also required.
-

Experience with Agile delivery preferred.
-

Must be able to manage client relationships and expectations.
-

Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
-

Life Sciences or Medical Device industry experience preferred.
