Software Developer

Designs, develops, and implements software packages. Troubleshoots, debugs and implements software code. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a project leader or manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude required.

Will be working within the IT team to perform application support and development related activities including:

- Application and environment maintenance
- Application support
- Code and configuration migration
- Technical issue diagnosis and troubleshooting
- Support of functional and performance testing
- Communicate effectively across IT and Business teams
- Understand the end to end business process flows
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Good documentation skills required.

SKILLS:

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and at least 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Has knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field (ie, SQL, C++, HTML, CGI and JavaScript).
- Knowledge of Unix and Windows Operating Systems
- Unix Shell Scripting
- SQL querying
- Java and C# Development experience
- Tibco Knowledge is optional
