Sitecore Developer

For our client in the media industry we are looking for a Sitecore (Backend) Developer

START: ASAP
DURATION: 3 months
LANGUAGE: English or Dutch
LOCATION: Brussels

Due to heavy workload and several upcoming (new) projects our client is currently looking for an experienced Sitecore (Back End) developer who is able to build new features and update the current web applications' Back End. You will be expected to show enough seniority to work as a single Sitecore developer in a non-technical team. This means that you have the ability to work independently on a technical project, interact with and report to the Project Manager and Functional Analyst. The project scope consists of extending and updating an existing webshop application for one of Belgium's biggest players in the FMCG industry. This includes a recipe module of which one of the main tasks is to build extra functionalities on top of the existing web applications and rewrite components in order to create higher performance and better user experience.

SKILLS:
- 2+ years recent working experience with Sitecore CMS
- Impeccable development skills in C#
- Solid hands-on knowledge in HTML(5)/CSS, JavaScript and SQL server
- Next to strong Back End development, an earlier experience in pure Front End development is a big plus

SOFT SKILLS:
- You are an independent software developer with mature personality and good communications skills
- Fluent English or Dutch speaking (plus)
