Site Supervisor/Site Manager

I am recruiting for a Site Manager/Site Supervisor for a temporary project in the Inverness area. This is a temporary vacancy for around 3 - 6 months.The ideal candidates will have SMSTS or SSSTS and a CSCS card and a full driving license. The job involves managing a refurbishment project to public buildings and local authority housing. Experience of working on this type of project, within occupied buildings and properties, is also preferred. Overall knowledge of construction including joinery, internal works, plumbing & heating and external works is also essential.The ideal candidate must have management and supervision experience and be able to motivate staff to achieve KPIs and completion deadlines. Managing labour, sub-contractors and controlling materials is also an important part of the role.This is a great opportunity to secure work with a leading company in the Highlands.
