Site Supervisor

My client who are a leading name in the energy and utility sector are currently looking for a Site Supervisor to join them.

Role:
Responsible for the overall site quality and safety and dealing with operational issues, including various size teams of operatives per contract, specifically reporting to and supporting the designated Site Manager
Responsible for the delivery of the Installation of EWI, and developing effective working relationships with our clients. This will also include colleagues both internal and external to the business in order to deliver the business objectives

Main Responsibilities:
* Undertake daily QA checks
* Carry out Health and safety Checks
* Gather data that is key to the business (part of QA)
* Assist Site manager reach overall site KPIs and Targets
* Support the delivery of new and enhanced work processes and work with colleagues and partners to deliver them in an effective manner
* Contribute to the achievement of operational targets and maintain tight control of operational costs in accordance with the contractual budgets and associated departments
* Supervise operational health and safety and regulatory compliance as required

Experience:
* Previous Site Supervisor experience is essential.
* Experience of managing people is essential.
* Experience in construction is essential.
* Holding a valid CSCS card is essential.
* SMSTS training or equivalent.
