SHAREPOINT TEAM LEADER (M/F)

REQUIREMENTS

- Able to engage the team and build trust with all the stakeholders
- Able to assign task and ensure progress
- Remove obstacles to ensure the team success
- Support the team on achieving the Quality agreed
- Run constant peer review to enforce best practices
- Act as technical authority within the team
- Skills
- SharePoint 2010 (optional 2013)- Application development
- SharePoint 2010 (optional 2013)- Customization
- Project Server 2010 (optional 2013)
- Agile/Scrum methodology
- Experience
- Strong experience in designing/building SP/PS applications - minimum 5-6 years
- 1-2 years on managing small teams in SP/PS application development
- Extended experience in leading a team in an Agile environment. 1-2 years of experience in one of the Agile methodology (ideally ScrumMaster certified)
