For one of our best client based in Lausanne we are lookinf for 2 SHAREPOINT EXPERT FOR AN INITIAL 6 MONTHS MISSION
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Good knowledges of SCOM
- Providing 2nd/3rd level incident support for various SharePoint and related systems
- Respond and correct the root cause of automated alerts.
- Deploying new features and solutions to the various SharePoint and related systems
- Maintaining the systems to approved standards.
- Deployment of patches including hotfixes and services packs when approved to supported systems
- Work with the SCOM engineers to ensure the accurate monitoring of the systems and all components via SCOM.
- T asks as required by the Incident Manager
YOUR PROFILE:
- Several years experience in Sharepoint technologies
- Good knowledge of integration with other products such as K2, MS CRM, UAG, custom applications
- Professional experience in 2nd and 3rd level support for multiple customers and environments.
- Strong technical and methodological skills
- Very good command of English AND French
