Our Global client based in Leatherhead are recruiting for a Service Quality Analyst on a contract basis for 6 months.
The role will involve working with support teams to manage Service Quality across the business and ensure SLA's are maintained.
Key Experience Required:
- Remedy Call Logging experience
- Management of SLA's and delivery timescales
- Incident Management
- Experience working with Excel and PowerPoint
- Management of key stakeholders and support teams
