Service Owner Technical Service Oracle (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:
- Operate at scale and provide the connection between multidisciplinary business areas and stakeholders from client, vendor through licensing and management vision
- Make sure the necessary business processes are followed and participate in the governance of the service, including acting as a point of escalation for the delivery teams and ease of use of the clients
- Co-own and forecast the budget and allocate funding to areas of the service based on their decisions about priorities for licensing, capacities and operations
- Communicate the benefits and performance of their service
- Be ultimately responsible for the successful operation and continuous improvement of the service
MY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in export-import, RMAN
- Experience in Hot and cold Backup and restoration
- Experience in Database patching, Database upgrade, Database Migration and in performance tuning
- Knowledge of SQL and ability to do capacity planning and DB configuration for high performance
- Good in Linux/Unix command
- Excellent communication Skills written and verbal
- Any other DB (MSSQL/MYSQL/Postgresql) knowledge or any Scripting knowledge (shell/python/powershell) is an advantage
- Very good English skills, good German skills
