Projektbeschreibung
Harvey Nash is looking for a Service/Operations Manager for a 4 + month project in Switzerland.
The role is for supporting its PMO in the areas of PMO Planning and Execution support.
You are responsible for
* Managing of Program/Team Plans by keeping team plans up-to-date in coordination with Team Leads and PMO Head
* Tracking execution of the project plans
* Tracking completion of milestones according to process
* Managing risks, issues, changes and actions: ensuring all up to date in SharePoint and process adhered to
* Highlighting or escalating to PMO Head high risks and issues, past due items, etc.
* Collaborating in planning activities for next phases
* Preparing for weekly team meeting. Collecting team status and topics to be discussed weekly
* Supporting for PMO workshops and SteerCo meetings
* Organizing workshops logistics, invites, etc.
* Compiling content from different owners
* Producing content on PMO items (project status, risks/issues/changes/actions Other Ad-Hoc Activities)
* Supporting on PMO process documentation
* Onboarding of resources
* Training management activities
* Maintenance of the project repository
Requirements
* Excellent English skills- oral and written; German desirable
* Several years of experience in supporting PMO Planning and Execution activities
* Team work in a challenging IT environment
* Ability to work in an international as well as multicultural environment
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Flexibility and experience in prioritizing tasks
* Ability to deal with variable workload
