MY DUTIES:
-Further developments of the existing ServiceNow solution incl. interfaces / API calls
- Answering requests from the users such as e. g. adding further clients with partial restriction of authorisations etc.
MY QUALIFICATIONS:
- ServiceNow development experience (additional developments, not only configuration activities) in the areas of ITSM (Cases, Incidents, Changes), CMDB and Portal and Knowledge Base
- Languages skills in German and English
- Willingness to participate in workshops at the client on site in addition to mostly MS-Team Calls
- Ability to work in the ServiceNow development team (tools to be used and processes to be followed)
