- Configuration
- Development
MY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Work level: Professional; Junior Profiles will also be considered
- Fluent in English
- ICT education or similar (not a must) as we focus on the relevant experience and skills
- Experience in Service Now project as a developer
- Knowledge about ITSM process and module
- Spanish would be an advantage (to interact with our near-shore in Spain)
- Knowledge about Service Now CSM and/or Knowledge about Service Now Domain separation would be beneficial
