Service Now Developer (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- You will work in an Agile Team as a Development Engineer (m/w/d)
- Assist in the implementation of new applications following main tasks (Scripting, Solution Design, Configuration, Development)
- Active participating in ITSM Solution deployment and customizations
- Development of ITSM software (configuration, troubleshooting, installation/patch, tuning)
- Close coordination and collaboration with the development, business engineer and tester teams

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- First experience in the Service Now environnement as a developer
- Knowledge about ITSM Process and Module
- Good in capturing business requirements and transferring them into IT requirements
- Knowledge about Service Now CSM and Service Now Domain Separation are Nice to Have
- Profound experience in coding
- Excellent communication skills
- Very good oral and written English language skills
