Service Now Developer (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Administration and direct end-user support of ITSM solution (Service-now)
- Participating in ITSM Solution deployment and customizations
- Administration of ITSM software (configuration, troubleshooting, installation/patch, tuning)

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experienced ServiceNow Developer with in-depth knowledge in business engineering and affinity for architecture
- Experience in ServiceNow, modules: ITSM, CSM
- Background in IT engineering / SW development / requirements engineering
- Good in capturing business requirements and transferring them into IT requirements, close collaboration with developers&testers onsite and nearshore, product management & architects
- Good understanding of the architecture of the ServiceNow framework
- Self-starting, communicative and able to work with different cultures
- Structured working methods highly desired
- Experience in agile environment is a plus
- German speaking preferred, with good knowledge of English
