This person will partner with vendors to develop and deploy applications to meet business needs and provides ongoing, post implementation technical support of applications. In addition to technical ability, the Applications Analyst will have a talent for creating client satisfaction delivering exemplary client satisfaction to external and internal client constituencies.
This person will take ownership over projects and responsibilities and seek to resolve issues in a proactive manner.

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor's Degree in related field and / or five or more years of experience in full life-cycle application development using Microsoft client/server and web applications environments.
2. Strong knowledge of Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, etc.), PowerShell, Web applications (networks, protocols and email [SMTP, POP3]), ITIL v3 methodologies, enterprise IT architecture, relational databases.
3. Experience in these areas is a plus: LDAP / Active Directory; Single Sign-on using: Digested Token, SAML 1.1, SAML 2.0. & Web Services integrations.
4. Solid understanding of the application lifecycle process, including requirement analysis, quality assurance, design, scheduling, implementation, issue tracking, version control and deployment.
5. Highly skilled and proficient in using development tools with the analytical and problem solving skills necessary to troubleshoot and provide user support.
6. Experience documenting code and system processes and procedures in a clear manner
7. Ability to partner with software integration specialists and Firm business process owners
