SERVICE MODELLING CONSULTANT

Location: Dublin, Ireland

Duration: 3months +

JOB DESCRIPTION:

NOC (SME)

1. Lead requirement workshops on Network CIs onboarding

2. Sound knowledge of Service Modelling

3. Understand various Interfaces/including HP. Experience with CMDB tools: BMC Atrium, HP Universal CMDB

4. Very strong understanding of ADDM, DDMA, NNMI and other scanning applications

5. Strong hands-on experience on Remedy and BMC Toolset

6. Document use cases/requirements, Strong in process documentations

7. Author onboarding kits

8. Structured analysis and Datamodelling. Should interlink IM, PM, CM, SACM, Config, Event process very well in Remedy.

9. Contributes to identifying functional and technical requirements to develop new application functionality based on business needs

10. Defining system and user acceptance test cases and approach

11. Contribute to development project (incl. Specifications, procedures, tests, training, etc.)
