SERVICE MANAGER - WINDOWS 10 SERVICES WANTED FOR OUR ZURICH BASED CLIENT IN THE INSURANCE SECTOR.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Several years' experience working as a Service Manager
- Expertise in Windows 10 Services
- Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office 2016
- LANGUAGES: FLUENT ENGLISH BOTH WRITTEN AND SPOKEN
YOUR TASKS:
- Leading the Application work stream within the Windows 10 project along with coaching and developing lower-level Project Managers
- Coordinating all stream activities within central team including assigned central SMEs and supplier services with scope of this stream
- Reporting on progress to overall program management and PMO as well as assisting the program director and the sponsor in the setup of the project or program
- Establishing and streamlining application portfolio along with identifying owing Business Unit and running first compatibility tests against required packages
- Classifying app for further decision making in Business Unit, tracking Business Unit remediation work and running conclusive tests for remediated applications
