Service Manager Outsystems Platform (m/f/d)

For our client in North Rhine-Westphalia we are looking for a Service Manager OutSystems (m/f/d) - 100% remote, according to US-time 3-5 days per week

Your tasks:
- Technical advice on monitoring the service desk for new incidents, service requests or change requests
- Assessment of incidents according to priorities
- Technical advice for all applications created on the OutSystems platform
- Problem analysis, workaround, communication, resolution per incident
- Technical advice for all service requests and technical advice for change requests in consultation with the internal team
- Administration of our service desk in the US time zone
- Building know-how for existing applications (±20 from small to medium size)
- Creation and adaptation of documentation of technical changes

Your qualification:

- Project experience of minimum 3 years with OutSystems Platform
- Good knowledge of ServiceNow
- Experience in Jira, MS Teams and Confluence
- Good knowledge of Associate Reactive Developer (OutSystems 11), Professional Web Developer (OutSystems 11), Professional Mobile Developer (OutSystems 11) and Professional Traditional Web Developer (OutSystems 11)
- Project stations in multi-national organizations and operations
- Proficient English speaker and writer
