Service Manager (Networks & Security) - Contract, Zurich

For our client, a leading financial company based in Zurich, Swisslinx are urgently searching for a highly motivated and competent Service Manager (Networks & Security).

In this challenging contracting role, you will be working in a team which provides network, telephony and audio-visual as well as WAN, LAN, Security and IP services globally. This is an interface role between outsourcing partners and internal clients. The person will be responsible for reviewing tickets (IP, Citrix, cetificates), approving requests and setting up the tickets.

This is a contract position in Zurich.
The start date is ASAP. The contract will continue until end of 2013 with possible extensions.
Fluent German is a must for this role. Non-German speakers will not be considered.

For this challeing contract, we are searching for a strong service manager with knowledge of WAN, LAN, Security and IP topics. Additionally you bring knowledge of IP filtering, certificates (SSL), virus scanning, WPAD and service/Proxy.
