Server Engineer/Citrix/Exchange

Healthy and stable company has an immediate need for a Server Administrator on a contract basis for at least 6 months.

In this role, you will work extensively on everything related to the companies Servers - from Windows to Citrix XenApp and Exchange Servers along with working with the third party on any issues that may arise. You will not only need to know Windows but you will need to be able to manage Exchange and Citrix Servers and administer Citrix 7.2. You will be the SME for Citrix XenApp and Exchange at the company, handling the research, planning, deployment, and support of infrastructure systems. You must have a passion and higher-level understanding of technology design, architecture, troubleshooting and systems analysis.

Requirements:

- 5+ years server administraion - Windows, Citrix XenApp and strong Exchange Server experience.
- Windows support experience - specifically Windows 200x Server, Active Directory and Exchange.
- Experience working in a data center managing Servers is a nice plus.
- Must have some Virtualization (Hyper-V, XenServer preferred but will look at VMWare).
- Experience with Server builds and Terminals.
- Experience working with outside vendors/third parties.
- Can effectively bring system changes into production, perform implementations/S/W upgrades/

application patches. - Understanding of Domain Controller (DC)/DNS server.
- Skilled at escalated app and system support resolution.

Preferences:

- Bachelor's Degree/CCA/CCEE/MSCE.
- Network experience (Cisco Routers/Switches); Firewalls a plus.
