Senior Test Manager Financial Industry (m/f)

For an existing contract with one of our direct clients we are urgently looking for a:

SENIOR TEST MANAGER FINANCIAL INDUSTRY (M/F)

START: ASAP

DURATION: DECEMBER 2020

LOCATION: COLOGNE

Our customer is a renowned financial service provider within a leading global player in the international automotive industry with billions of turnover. As a Senior Test Manager Fleet Management you will Lead and support each EU market through test plans, resourcing and the test cases preparation.

YOUR TASKS:

- Producing and executing on each country's project Test Plan, including Methodology, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Business Verification Testing (BVT)
- Lead a team of Test Analysts that support test objectives in each project market.
- Ensure that the developed test methodology and procedures are adhered to at all times by the test resources
- Manage test resources and vendors to write all appropriate test cases and priorities
- Manage test resources to execute the required test cases for each testing stage
- Ensure stakeholders (including Project Manager, Systems Development Bas, business SMEs) are regularly updated on the test progress and issues are escalated as required
- Analyse and review system and business processes, identifying process improvement opportunities, using data to quantify and support recommended changes

YOUR SKILLS:

- Degree in computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification
- 5+ years test lead experience ideally with financial industry experience
- Proven E2E testing experience
- Project experience from international projects
- Working knowledge on the HP toolset, Automation experience/Scripting.
- Demonstrated ability to lead team of professional testers
- Establishment of Automated Test Framework
- Demonstrated proficiency in supporting business process improvement activities
- Communicative team player with hands-on mentality and assertiveness
- Very good in English, some French or Italian too
