MY DUTIES:

- Support the teams and the ART lead with your knowledge how to plan, coordinate and control our testing activities
- Bring quality assurance to the next level in cooperation with the test engineers
- Set up and integrate Guidewire Claim Center in the existing system landscape
- Develop iteratively and prepare it for the first goLive

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Very good knowledge and well-founded experience in software testing
- Relevant experience in the coordination/control of test teams as well as in the area of test automation
- Ideally test management training such as: ISTQB / Test Manager
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- Open minded communicative and integrative personality with ability to work in a team as well as structured way of working
- Good analytical skills
- Relevant working experience in agile teams and willing to ship high quality software
- Agile mindset: being curious, knowledge sharing, problem solver and getting things done
- Worked with Guidewire Insurance Suite, experience in P&C industries, experience and interests in release management (working time up to 100%) advantageous
