Senior Test Lead (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Test planning and defining details of test automation strategy
- Determine automation feasibility vs. manual test effort (e.g. risk based testing, unscripted testing)
- Estimate test effort (incl. automation effort), assess the skills needed for products, build a test team
-Supporting testing team with a guidance over test automation
- Code review/ test results review - if required
- Report test results
-Escalate any risks
- Join scrum ceremonies and other project calls

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or similar environment
- Experience as a Test Lead/Manager, preferred in the pharmaceutical environment (at least in the highly regulated environment)
- Knowledge on AWS ecosystem, DevOps, GitLab, containerized environments knowledge, experience with Infrastructure as Code
- Strategic advisory for quality team Product Owner on tools, automation approach, scalability of the test framework
- Ability to govern different frameworks with a focus on API tests, data ingestion tests (basic ETL, data integrity checks)
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to work independent and proactive
