IHRE AUFGABEN:

Our customer ist developing an energy visualization platform. The platform collects data from electricity, gas and water managers and visualizes data in charts, graphs and reports. It helps their customers achieve their energy goals and reduce energy costs. In this way, they also protect the environment by reducing the CO2 footprint. The platform has been active for more than 5 years. Our customer ist constantly improving the application with new features and bug fixes. We also take care of monitoring the infrastructure as well as its stability and performance. The goal of the project is to support the team (product owners, developers, DevOps engineers) in achieving their goals. We are looking for a candidate who is a part in the achievement of goals through efficient coordination and communication with all stakeholders, a Sn. Software Delivery & Project Manager.

- You advise a software development team that develops an energy management product.
- You act as main contact person for management / product managers by managing the coordination and communication of all stakeholders
- You translate requirements into development tasks and communicate these to the development team.
- You provide technical consultation to product owners for feature development, release cycles and error handling.
- You negotiate contracts with internal and external stakeholders, incl. service descriptions.
- You manage the procurement process with external and internal parties.
- You define and manage technical KPIs of the delivery process in terms of velocity and quality.
- You manage the invoice process with the parties involved.
- You have a very good understanding of agile processes (SCRUM / Kanban).
- You continuously improve the delivery process by conducting retrospectives and monitoring the implementation of agreed measures.
- You manage onboarding and offboarding team members, incl. support with recruiting.

VORAUSSETZUNGEN:

- 10+ years of professional experience in managing software development projects.
- Experience in energy management environment data and cloud technologies,
- Passion about technology and have successfully led software development teams in the past.
- Experience with data and cloud technologies, preferably on GCP.
- Experience working with external providers – ideally in the off-shore market.
- Languages: English (German is a plus).
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills - communicates clearly and effectively with all levels of stakeholders (internal and external)
- Strong planning and organizational skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Focus on quality work. Experience in quality improvement is a plus.
