Senior Proposition Manager - Retail Banking - London - £550/day

My client, a leading UK Retail Bank, are currently recruiting for a Senior Proposition Manager.

- Define competitive Investment proposition for Mass Affluent customers.
- Define specific product campaigns across all channels
- Focus on acquisition and retention activity
- Develop new investments proposition in collaboration with other departments

JOB DESCRIPTION

The role will focus on acquisition and retention activity, as well as development of a new Investment Proposition in partnership with the bank's Wealth teams. Successful delivery will result in greater customer engagement and an investment proposition that is firmly established within the product portfolio available for colleagues to satisfy customer needs. The role will lead and support activity that delivers ongoing competitor and customer insight, colleague capability analysis and engagement.

Key areas of responsibility:

- Lead and own the development and delivery of the Investment Proposition working cross functionally across the group to deliver an investment proposition integrated into the retail bankingdeveloping and introducing strategic initiatives.
- An understanding of the UK regulatory and industry retail savings and investment environment
- A detailed knowledge and understanding of prevailing customer expectations and practices in the market.
- An understanding of the Mass Affluent customer base and experience in development and delivery of propositions to that customer segment

The following KPI's are important for this role:

- Investment customer retention
- New acquisition (numbers and AUM)
- Website visit figures
