SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER WITH PHARMACEUTICAL EXPERIENCE
On behalf of our client, a global worldwide pharmaceutical company based in Basel, we are looking for a SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER with experience in the PHARMACEUTICAL ENVIRONMENT for a LONG-TERM CONTRACTING ROLE starting ASAP until November 2016.
This is a key project called the D4P PROGRAM with the designing and deploying part of a new global and cross-divisional Submission Document Management System called "SubWay". SubWay is a GxP business application based on EMC's Documentum, D2 & life Sciences Suite software. Deployment of SubWay under the D4P Program includes the configuration of required functionality, implementation of 30+ technical interfaces, migration of documents and metadata from Legacy systems into SubWay, execution of validated testing, and completion of all required system and validation documentation.
In this role the SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER will be responsible for planning, controlling and reporting the operations of a SubWay release in terms of timelines, issues and risks. As part of the role, you will also be responsible for the tracking progress with regard to the business plan, assigning and controlling the project release activity tasks to members of the project organization etc.
YOU BRING TO THIS ROLE:
- 5+ YEARS' EXPERIENCE IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT within a global & complex environment in addition to a PMP CERTIFICATION
- Previous experience in a PHARMACEUTICAL/GXP ENVIRONMENT
- Strong experience working with MS PROJECT & MS SHAREPOINT
- Excellent organizational and cross-functional skills interacting with team members and different stakeholders at different position level
- Excellent communication in English and/or German
