Senior Project Manager with Pharmaceutical Backround (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- You will follow established project delivery standards and assure project delivery (cost, schedule, quality, statutory regulations, technical industry standards and safety)
- Also you drive projects aligned to savings obligations, you are accountable for full end-to-end project performance in line with the contractual and commercial obligations
- To translate programme and project requirements into strategy for design and construction is another part of this role
- You are responsible for Cost Management, including cost reports, cash flow reports and you will coordinate the rolling Capital Expenditure Plan
- Another task is to ensure that all Stakeholders deliver information about the project charter (customer brief, headcount, time, cost, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction)
- You ensure that all necessary internal and external project approvals are achieved, documented and governance processes are followed (Project charter, spend and transaction approvals (CARs), design authority approvals, procurement approvals, legal approvals, landlord lease compliance activities, building licenses and occupation licenses)
- Of course to improve processes is your responsibility as well
- You are responsible for the delivery - including handover to operations or site selection, design, budget/cost/changes, schedule, procurement, construction, and handover to Facilities, performance feedback and lessons learned
- Last but not least you prepare and distribute timely project communications with management, integrated project teams, and stakeholders

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- You have broad knowledge of the local construction and consultancy market with proven experience in a PjM role and experience in an outsourced environment
-Also you bring qualifications as a project management professional
- Experience in managing a portfolio of capital projects and experience in the pharmaceutical sector in line with GxP requirements is a plus
- You talk fluently German and English (this is a must have)
- A good understanding of construction Health and Safety legislation would be helpful
- You have the ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, top management and/or public groups
- Leadership skills you have as well, with the ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups
- Also you have experience in financial management of budget and cost control methods
