Senior Project Manager - Supply Chain (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Support the Project Lead to finalize the project scope, objectives, timelines, resources and budget
- Provide guidance and counsel to stakeholders in the assessment and development of existing and/or proposed processes and systems
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
- Track project costs in order to meet budget
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress (as per requirements from Project lead and Sponsors)
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
- Utilize company best practices, techniques and software, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Monitor progress/adjust as needed
- Provide dedicated support to key players during the follow-up and closure phase of the project and provide recommendation in Change Management

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Profound project management and related experience
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Ability to understand End-to-End Supply Chain processes in pharmaceutical industry, to facilitate process improvement decisions across various cross-functional stakeholders from Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Tax, Procurement, Legal, IT ERP
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Excellent analytical skills and extremely resourceful
- Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Very strong communication skills to manage stakeholders across functions and levels
