Senior Project Manager Architecture & Software Engineering (IT) (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Leading a Scrum team for meeting timelines and deliverables according to the Definition of Done, providing coaching and work direction
- Support actively good spirit and collaboration within the team and the entire organization
- Provide technical leadership in the Scrum process
- Lead the sprint planning and task estimation, continuous evaluation of the sprint progress
- Organize and facilitate the sprint presentation
- Facilitate and lead the sprint retrospective meeting
- Responsible for removing impediments which affect the team performance
- Facilitating the continuous improvement of the SCRUM team processes
- Optionally perform programming tasks including program design, coding, debugging and documentation, following the established procedures and coding guidelines, in adherence to schedule, scope and quality metrics defined for the product
- Connect with global teams located in USA and work if needed in US time zones

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Min. Master Degree or similar in Business Administration or any IT related environment or PMP/PMI or similar Certification
- Experience as Project Manager in IT Migration projects or Change Management projects preferred in the pharmaceutical or diagnostic industry
- Experience in Enterprise Architecture environment as a Project Manager
- Relevant experience in software/systems engineering and a software development background, preferably in a healthcare company
- Working and leading in an agile environment with agile teams, and leadership experience in a matrix environment for a global project is needed
- Experience in JIRA and Trello is needed
- Quick learner with the ability to understand complex workflows and develop and validate innovative solutions to address customer needs or to realize market opportunities
- Good communicator, able to collaborate with stakeholders and customers to explain technology and with the proven ability to take insights from customers and translate them into technical deliverables
- Proven ability to establish and articulate a vision, set goals, develop and execute strategies, and track and measure outcomes
- Familiarity with the technological trends and their relevance to the healthcare industry. A passionate and decisive business leader
- Demonstrating courage, vision and drive to achieve outcomes at the forefront of innovative technological changes
