Experis IT is looking for a Senior SENIOR PROJECT COORDINATOR for one of the biggest pharmaceutical players based in the Basel.

This contracting position is planned to start from the 1ST OF FEBRUARY FOR 1 YEAR.

BACKGROUND:

Our Client is to introduce a laboratory execution system (LES).The Core LES is live and currently installations are being deployed.

We are looking for a Senior Project Coordinator with CSV BACKGROUND who will also have the role as a Business Analyst. You will work closely with the global and the local PM (project manager), the BAs (business analysts), the SMEs (subject matter experts) and the BPO (business process owner).
The main responsibility will be the responsibility to support local project scheduling and to manage implementation documentation.

YOU BRING FOR THIS ROLE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:

- 7 + YEARS experience in QC/ANALYTICAL LABS
- +7 YEARS work experience in LABORATORY
- Strong IT affinity/experience as a member of (global) IT project team in Pharma
- Knowledge in configuring/administration of commercial LIMS, LES OR ELN systems
- Great customer focus skills and attention to details proactive, communicative and a "thinker"
- Proactive investigation of issues and functionalities that may be required
- Great communication skills in GERMAN AND ENGLISH
- Great team player
- Strong leadership skills and proven track record of decision taking and escalations handling
- CSV BACKGROUND and experience in working with IT Quality
- open to travel
