Senior Process Analyst/Engineer - Financial Services, XP

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provides process and technical direction to process managers and others.
- Manages escalation as needed in support of projects or processes.
- Consults on and utilizes latest rapid development or other non-sequential project methodologies.
- Provides clear concise communication with project team and mid-level management

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

- The application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to the definition, planning and tracking of project and process activities to meet or exceed customer and stakeholder needs and expectations.
- Typically possesses most skills of the traditional project or process manager.
- At least three (3) years in financial services industry centralized in one location with few dispersed members
- Demonstrated ability with XP
- Ability to influence or negotiate with other functional areas

PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience leading projects using formal project management methodologies preferred
- Strong, demonstrated experience supporting requirements, data and systems analysis {c}{s}
