Senior Next Generation Sequencing Analyst

Well-known biotechnology company located in the Northern NJ area seeking an NGS Analyst to join their growing laboratory team. Responsibilities:

- Track sample status from receipt to completion.
- Oversee timely completion of all NGS lab processes
- Conduct initial sequencing data analysis and perform necessary QC work
- Ensure all data analysis and review are done in a timely manner

Generate Lab SOPs and train new hires.

Requirements;

- Masters in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genetics, Molecular Biology
- Min 5 years experience with NGS data analysis
- Min. 2-3 years industry experience
